For faster answers, help us get to the bottom of the problem quickly by answering these questions: 

1. What specifically (e.g. specific holdings, which totals, etc.) is missing or incorrect?

2. Which of your accounts are being affected? Which tickers?

3. Is there a difference in the account totals between what see you on the brokerage website and our website? Is it due to missing cash, incorrect cost basis, wrong number of shares, etc.?

4. Have you recently bought or sold any holdings?
