Why are my gains or total value showing incorrectly?

If something is showing incorrectly in your account we would be happy to help track it down. Can you give me some more background so I can help troubleshoot? The more details you can provide, the better solution we can provide.

What's most helpful to know is:
1. The data you expected in your account. Please as detailed as you can as you are the expert on your account.
2. The data you are observing in your account. Let us know what you are seeing on your end so we can get a better idea of the issues you are facing.

Also, please let us know if you can determine exactly what is throwing off the data in your account. Is a portfolio reporting higher than it should? Is there a math issue in some of your holdings? Please try to be as specific as possible and let us know at support@sigfig.com
