Official positions are updated each night. Brokerages themselves only update the information they provide us on a nightly basis. Your positions should be updated a day after the settlement of your trade, and we hope to make this real time soon! If it has been several days since the settlement of the trade, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject "Trades not updating" and the tickers and transaction dates of the relevant positions.
