Will there be any commissions?

Possibly. SigFig never makes money on commissions, but some of the secondary ETFs we buy for you to realize the losses might charge commissions. To the extent possible, we try to avoid commissions, usually by trading within the set of commission-free assets at each of the brokers. To capture harvestable losses while keeping your account in balance and avoiding the wash sale rules, we may utilize ETFs that are not commission-free.
